Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.

- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
- In another bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
- If using chocolate chips, fold them into the batter.
- Pour the batter into the greased baking pan.
- Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let it cool before cutting into festive shapes.
