    4 chicken breasts

  • 200g mozzarella cheese
  • 100g cream cheese
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 4 tablespoons garlic butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Heat the garlic butter in a pan and sauté the mushrooms until tender. Set aside.
  3. Cut a pocket into each chicken breast without cutting all the way through.
  4. Stuff the chicken breasts with mozzarella, cream cheese, and sautéed mushrooms. Secure with toothpicks.
  5. Season the chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and dried thyme.
  6. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sear the chicken for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
  7. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
