Ingredients

- 1 glass (8 oz) warm water
- 1/4 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt
- Juice of half a lemon
- 1 teaspoon raw honey (optional)
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar (optional)
Instructions
- Warm the water until comfortable to drink (not boiling).
- Add pink salt and stir until fully dissolved.
- Squeeze fresh lemon juice into the water.
- Add raw honey and apple cider vinegar if using.
- Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are dissolved.
- Drink first thing in the morning or 20–30 minutes before meals.
Notes
Begin with 1/8 teaspoon pink salt if new to the drink. Do not exceed 1 glass per day. Combine with a balanced diet and regular exercise for best results.
