- 2 cups shredded cooked beef
- 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup onions, sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Low carb wraps or cheese shells
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced onions and bell peppers, sautéing until softened.
- Add the shredded beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet, cooking until heated through.
- Lay out the low carb wraps or cheese shells and fill each with the beef and vegetable mixture.
- Sprinkle shredded provolone cheese on top of the filling.
- Roll up the wraps and place them seam-side down on a baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Serve warm with a side salad or low-carb dipping sauce. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
