Keto Philly Cheesesteak Rolls

Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cooked beef
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup onions, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Low carb wraps or cheese shells

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced onions and bell peppers, sautéing until softened.
  3. Add the shredded beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet, cooking until heated through.
  4. Lay out the low carb wraps or cheese shells and fill each with the beef and vegetable mixture.
  5. Sprinkle shredded provolone cheese on top of the filling.
  6. Roll up the wraps and place them seam-side down on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Serve warm with a side salad or low-carb dipping sauce. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
