Instructions
- Take 2-3 tablespoons of pink Himalayan salt and place it in a jar.
- Fill the jar with filtered water, leaving space at the top. Seal the jar and let it sit for 12-24 hours to allow the salt to dissolve fully.
- Once the salt has dissolved, take 1 teaspoon of the solution and mix it with 8 oz of water. Drink this first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
- Optional: Add a splash of lemon juice or apple cider vinegar to enhance digestion and detoxification.
Notes
Stick to ¼ to ½ teaspoon of pink salt water per day to avoid overconsumption. Excessive salt intake can have negative health effects.
