Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the torn croissant pieces, diced ham, and shredded cheese.
- In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the egg mixture over the croissant and ham mixture, ensuring everything is well coated.
- Let it sit for 10 minutes to allow the croissants to absorb some of the liquid.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it out evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
