Ingredients for a homemade Dragon Drink, including fresh dragon fruit, coconut milk, and mango puree 1 cup of dragon fruit (frozen or fresh)
- 1 cup of coconut milk (or your preferred milk alternative)
- 1/2 cup of Mango Refresher Base (can be made with mango puree or mango juice)
- 1–2 tablespoons of simple syrup (or honey, for a more natural sweetener)
- Ice to fill your glass
- Optional: A splash of lime juice for added zest
Instructions
- Prepare the Mango Refresher Base: Mix mango juice with a bit of water or coconut water to make it less sweet, or dilute mango puree with a little water to make it more drinkable.
- Blend the Dragon Fruit: Combine dragon fruit with a bit of coconut milk and blend until smooth.
- In a tall glass, combine the mango refresher base, blended dragon fruit, and the remaining coconut milk. Add simple syrup to taste for sweetness. Stir well.
- Serve over ice and add a splash of lime juice if desired for extra freshness.
Notes
You can customize your Dragon Drink by adjusting the sweetness, milk, or adding protein powder for a more filling post-workout snack.
