- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 lbs potatoes, cut into chunks

Instructions
- Season the chicken with garlic powder, Parmesan, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and brown the chicken on both sides.
- Place the potatoes in the crockpot and top with the browned chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours, or until the chicken is cooked through and the potatoes are tender.
