Ingredients for the Cortisol Cocktail – Fresh and natural ingredients for stress relief. 200 ml Coconut Water

- 50 ml Orange Juice
- ¼ Teaspoon Fine Salt

- Sparkling Water (to taste)
- Optional: Fresh mint leaves
- Optional: Ashwagandha tincture
Instructions
- In a tall glass, combine coconut water, freshly squeezed lemon juice, orange juice, magnesium powder, and a pinch of fine salt. Stir well until everything dissolves completely.
- Top off with sparkling water to add a refreshing fizz. Stir gently to combine all the ingredients.
